Jessica Anderson-Mayo

Jessica Anderson-Mayo is the Office Manager at Crist & Schroeder, PLLC, where she provides dedicated support across a range of legal matters and client services.

Her education is in Rangeland Ecology from Montana State University and brings a unique professional background shaped by over 14 years of experience in natural resource management and community leadership. Prior to joining the firm, Jess served in a dual role as District Administrator for the Park Conservation District and Watershed Coordinator for both the Upper Yellowstone Watershed Group and the Shields Valley Watershed Group.  In these roles, she worked closely with landowners, agencies, and community stakeholders to support conservation initiatives and responsible land stewardship.

Raised on her family’s fourth-generation ranch in Tom Miner Basin, Jess has deep roots in the region and a lifelong connection to the land and community she now serves professionally.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and on the ranch. She is an avid skier and spends much of the summer on the river or hiking. She and her husband, Jim, have two daughters and the proud “Jammy & Paps” to their granddaughter, Letty.
